The house is laid out at the property boundery, next to the road, and shaped as an extremely long and small volume. The composition of the windows and the access, joined in big pieces together, with big terrces and porchs as well, make the volume appear as unique.
The terrace at first floor living room level is sited to provide sunlight and sea views. The lower level, with garage and service areas, like an additional bedroom, the loundry, the pantry and the cellar, makes a base for the living room/outdoor terrace level above. The first floor level lay above the existing land level. Crossing the wall allows get into the house at an access hall that separate living areas from bedrooms. The living room is open to the south onto the swimming pool terrace. The bedrooms are open to the sea views to east.
The house is protected by a sheltered garden to the west and by a closed facade to the windy noth.
The hidden sloping roof behind the concrete fasades allows the simple volume form to the house.
The house is build in concrete and raw stones of the surrounding landscape make the outdoors pavements and wall fences, belted with precast concrete lines.
