In the studies to update the building as a hotel, a new tower, on the corner with Passeig de Gràcia, updates the volume and makes it also present in the great perspectives of Passeig de Gràcia:

Its form resonates with what the pre-existing tower has of ziggurat, according to a staggered and progressive lightness of materials.

The turn of the new volume, attending to the corner, places in the same building, a dialogue with both Plaça de Catalunya and Eixample Cerdà, through its main artery.
